Printer price in Nepal (2026)
Live prices below. The purchase price is the smaller half of the decision — a cheap inkjet with expensive cartridges will cost more over two years than a laser that looked dear on the day.

What moves the price
- Thermal receiptRs 6,000 – 15,000
- Counter printers. No ink, and the running cost is a roll of paper.
- Barcode and labelRs 15,000 – 45,000
- For stock and MRP labels. Roll width and ribbon type matter as much as the printer — bring a sample.
- Office laser and inkjetRs 15,000 – 60,000
- Ink-tank models cost more up front and far less per page, which is the right trade for any real volume.
Common questions
- Laser or ink tank for an office?
- Laser for mostly text and high volume. Ink tank if you need colour regularly — the refillable tanks changed the running-cost maths and cartridge inkjets no longer make sense for an office.
- Which label printer suits my labels?
- Bring or photograph a label you already use. Roll width, core size and whether it needs a ribbon decide the model, and getting that wrong means a printer that cannot run your existing stock.
