Common questions

Will it work with my billing software?
Tell us which software you run before you order. Most billing packages used in Nepal drive a standard thermal printer and a USB scanner without trouble, but drawer-open commands and label formats vary — we confirm those before anything is delivered rather than after.
Thermal or inkjet for receipts?
Thermal, without hesitation. No ink, far fewer moving parts, and the running cost is a roll of paper. Inkjet has no place at a counter.
