Attendance machine price in Nepal (2026)

Prices here are live. The more useful question is which sensor suits the site: fingerprint is the cheapest and the least reliable where hands are wet, dusty or calloused, which describes most factory floors and construction offices in this country.

10 in stock right now, from Rs 8,980 to Rs 21,999. The table below is drawn from our live catalogue, not a list typed out once and left to age.

What moves the price

FingerprintRs 8,000 – 15,000
Cheapest per unit and fine in an office. Struggles badly with dust, moisture and worn fingertips.
RFID card or fobRs 9,000 – 18,000
Fast, works with gloves, and cards are cheap to replace — but a card can be handed to a colleague.
Face recognitionRs 15,000 – 35,000
Contactless, hard to pass off to someone else, and unaffected by what is on the worker’s hands. The right answer for most industrial sites.

Common questions

Which attendance machine is best for a factory or construction site?
Face recognition or card, not fingerprint. Dust, moisture and calloused fingertips defeat fingerprint sensors, and you end up with staff queueing to retry rather than a working record. We would rather sell you the right one than have the machine come back.
Does it come with software, and does it export to payroll?
The machines ship with attendance software that produces the usual monthly reports and exports to Excel, which is what most payroll processes here actually need. Tell us your payroll setup before you order and we will confirm the export format.
Can it also unlock the door?
Many of them can drive an electric lock, so the same unit handles attendance and access. It needs planning around the fail-safe behaviour, though: whether a power cut should leave that particular door locked or open.
