Times are counted in working days from dispatch. Festival weeks, bandhs and monsoon road closures can add a day or two outside the valley — if that happens on your order, we tell you rather than let it go quiet.

What it costs

Delivery is free anywhere in Nepal on orders over Rs 2,000. Below that the delivery charge depends on where it is going, and is shown at checkout before you confirm — never added afterwards.

Paying

Cash on delivery is available on orders over Rs 2,000: you pay the rider when the box is in your hands and nothing is taken up front. Orders under that are settled first, by eSewa or bank transfer, and you can pay that way on any order if you would rather not handle cash at the door.

Collecting in person

You are welcome to collect from the shop instead. We are at Sankata Mandir, New Road, Kathmandu, open 10:0019:00 seven days a week. Order online and mention collection, or just come in and buy over the counter.
