We are an electronics and security-systems supplier with a shop and a repair bench at Sankata Mandir, New Road, Kathmandu. You can order online and have it delivered anywhere in Nepal, or walk in, put your hands on the thing, and carry it home the same afternoon.
Why there is a workshop behind the counter
Most of the trade in Kathmandu sells a box and then points you at the manufacturer when it stops working. We repair laptops and desktop PCs on site, which changes how we buy: the technicians who would have to fix a bad batch are the same people who decide whether we stock it. A product that keeps coming back to the bench stops being ordered.
It also means a warranty claim is our problem, not yours. Cover is tracked per part against your order, so we can look up exactly what a specific item carries instead of asking you to find the receipt.
How we price
Prices on the site are the prices you pay. For repairs we diagnose the fault first, quote a fixed figure, and order nothing until you have approved it — so you never pay for work you did not agree to. Bulk and project pricing for offices, schools and resellers is quoted on request.
